I left my Rotary watch with the Watch Lab, so that a new battery could be installed and a new strap fitted. The clasp from my original strap was removed and fitted onto the replacement strap that I purchased from the The Watch Lab. The watch was also cleaned in a professional manner, and I was absolutely delighted with the watch after it was returned to me. It was like having a brand new watch for a minimum outlay. I cannot recommend The Watch Lab highly enough.
