We recently took my wife's 9ct gold dress watch to the Watchlab for a new battery. The assistant suggested having the case and gold strap cleaned at the same time.
As it was getting quiet late(4.30pm) I thought we might have to come back another day to collect it, but they told us to come back in an hour and it would be ready, it was and it had cleaned up well, we were very pleased with this service again, we've used them before and find the staff have a passion for watches and are very knowledgable. Recommended. Peter
