Watch Lab had a professional approach and were teaching a new member of staff the correct ways to deal with customers and the procedures. The watch went in for a battery and the process of fitting and re-sealing the watch was explained beforehand. I left the watch and went shopping and when I returned half an hour later the staff checked the watch was mine before handing it over.
