I tried the Watch Lab at the Mall, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol some time ago to service my wife's Gucci watch. The service was fast and efficient and the staff were extremely polite.
I returned recently to have my Tag Heuer serviced. I received the same fast and efficient service. The staff were once again very polite.
