I bought a very nice DKNY watch from Lorna at the Watch Lab that had been discounted. I am so pleased with the watch and the excellent service I received.
On the strength of purchasing a watch from them she gave me a discount on cleaning and sorting out the strap on my watch.
So all round a very happy customer.
