New pin made
They repaired my watch by making a new pin to attach the strap after fossil had told me it was irreparable and I would have to buy a new bracelet strap which would cost more than I paid for the watch. I was very impressed as the staff were keen to find a way to fix my watch. Thank you to the staff at the Chester store.
