I have had occasion to use the services of The WATCH Lab's Chester branch on five occasions recently for five different pieces. The staff offered excellent craftsmanship, and clearly knew their watches. Most impressive though was their courtesy and friendliness which contributed to excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who values their watches and wants to look after them as well as enjoying a pleasurable customer experience.
