Took 2 Seiko Kenetic watches for repair to the Manchester branch, the capacitor that stores the charge needed replacing. Also had glass replaced at same. One was quite old and I was unsure if this was still repairable. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeabl. Seemed genuinely pleased to help. Watches were returned within stated repair time.
