I have a "Next" watch that was bought for me by my sister, so it has a lot of sentimental value. The Watch Lab always do an amazing job, taking great care with it, and making sure it's well looked after. I had it cleaned recently, as well as having the battery replaced... Amazing service throughout the entire procedure. The staff are not only very helpful, AND careful with my watch, they are also very friendly and extremely polite. The service as a whole, is second to none, and cannot be faulted in ANY way. I even had a great conversation/discussion with the staff about all the latest technology, a subject I love. My local Watch Lab is in Chester City Centre.
