I sent my Micheal Kors watch to Fossil for repair (who I bought from originally) they sent it back as they 'did not have the parts'. I spoke with ths manager from The Watch Lab and after an hour the watches in full working order again, which I was very pleased about. The assistance given was very helpful and overall very pleased with my visit.
