Took my Armani watch to be fixed at the Hanley, Potteries Shopping Centre branch as the mechanism had stopped working inside. It got sent off pretty quickly for repair and just by chance I popped in one day to see if it had come back and it had. Was all fixed and cleaned and they had done a fabulous job of it. Will always take my watch here because I know they will look after it and customer service here is perfect!
