I urgently needed a new battery for my daughter's Longines wristwatch. I found the Watch Lab online. One phone call established that it could be carried out 'while you wait', at an acceptable price for the quality of watch. Brent Cross is the Watch Lab's only London unit, but I was in north London that day, so it all worked well. The service (and guarantee supplied) I received was first class - thank you.
