I was visiting Leeds and saw your shop . I asked for my battery to be replaced and also to shorten the watch bracelet, at the time the shop was busy and could I leave my watch and return in an hour. When I returned the battery had been replaced and the watch was working, I did not try the watch on my wrist but was told the links taken out were in the plast
W hen I got home I tllok the watch from the bag and realised the bracelet had not been shortened. I rang the shop and they refunded the money for not carrying out the shortening
