I took a new watch on to have links removed so my girlfriend could wear it over Christmas (it was a Christmas present).
When she opened it and looked at it, on of th pins hadn't been pushed in correctly.
Because I was not local to get into Manchester I had to go to my local watch repairs shop and have it re-done. £14.95 for not a good job done and then another £10 spent getting it redone elsewhere!
