I took my Fossil watch in to The Watch Lab January when I lost a pin. There were issues with the strap however they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Both the Glasgow branch and head office were brilliant keeping me posted on the developments.
Since then I've been in with back in getting batteries replaced in other watches, they have been quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.
