Hopeless!!!
Paid £175 for a what was described as a"no problem simple service" and after 6 phone calls with the promise of a "Call back tomorrow" 12 weeks later I finally got my watch back. Nothing done to it, no repair, no service and no apology. It seems it takes 12 weeks to find out they cant do this model of Seiko !
What a joke -- avoid at all costs !!
