I took my TAG in and had a new clip fitted it took about 1 hour and it cost me £ 145.00 about 3 months later it stopped working again ie the watch would not close properly.
I took it back to the Glasgow Branch in the Buchanan Galleries ans was advised that I need a New Clasp at another £ 195.00 . why did they not tell me that at the outset.
Absolutely fuming at there lack of customer care and will never step back in there store.
