At the Nottingham branch after being given a spiel about being accredited battery replacers for Tissot and how the back of the watch had been put on backwards etc etc I was told it would be £39.95 for a new battery. I did what I should have done in the first place, returned to jeweller where I bought the watch and paid £6.95.
Do not go to The Watch Lab!
