I have a Mondaine Official Swiss Railway Watch that is now approximately 12years old and on each of the occasions that I have needed to have the battery and/or strap replaced, checked over and cleaned etc, I have always entrusted The WATCH Lab in Eastgate Street, Chester with carrying out the work.
Without exception, I have found the staff to be courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
