I contacted them, dropped in my watch, received a same day quote and collected it less than 3 weeks after dropping it in. Jim on the front desk was friendly, helpful and very professional. Based on the customer service and quality of workmanship, I would highly recommend for those seeking similar work. My watch was in good condition when it went in and came back looking brand new.
