Casio Edifice, a screw in the face had become detached and prevented hand movement.
My watch was over 5 weeks delayed in returning from your lab, only to learn that it had been sent back to Casio. I was not informed this would happen and if I had then I would have sent it directly myself. Despite me calling to enquire the reason for the delay on three occasions, Ii was not told it had been with Casio until the final time and I was not impressed.
