I have taken several watches to the Watch lab at Lakeside for new batteries and have always received excellent service up until now. So I took my watch in for repair and was told that it would take between 4 to 6 weeks. After returning to the store to ask if my watch was ready for collection, after waiting patiently for 6 weeks I was told it wasn't ready yet and could I try again after a couple of days. My watch was finally returned after 8 weeks!! It's working perfectly now but I would think twice about returning if I wanted my watch returned promptly.
