Very disappointed. Originally ordered a black evoboard online as the red boards were out stock. However, when I looked on Evoboards web site an hour later red ones were available. I immediately telephoned and asked if I could alter my original order, to which they confirmed that a red board was available and would be despatched.
The order was placed on the 8th November 2016 (Thursday) and on the following Wednesday 14th I rang to chase up my order as I had received no communication from them. The guy I spoke to confirmed that I had altered the order to a red board. The board arrived the following day, but unfortunately it was black. I therefore rang again stating that the order delivered was black. He advised he would contact the warehouse and ring me back. To date 19th I am still awaiting a respond from Evoboard.
Therefore I find their customer service very poor.
