Customer service number needs to be better when finally got through the information that I was given and the help was very good. One bad comment when I got through the person who answered the said we have two choices answering the phone or packing boxs it little bit worrying at £270 a unit and you cannot get through all you get is a giff gaff answer machine with no message on it .
