after writing a review on the service of this store and my product i am satisfied that due to the christmas period i may have acted in haste, i have been contacted by the management and have been contacted and asked to return the faulty item so it can be replaced which i have done so, hopefully it will be replaced in the next coming days so my grandson can enjoy the gift we purchased where i will further comment
