I sent a roll of test 16mm film and payment for processing in June 2018 and have been lied to ever since about the film’s whereabouts. They have blamed the Lab for delay and Courier meanwhile have banked the cheque for the work that has not, to date, been carried out. Now ignoring all emails and contact so am writing reviews to warn others who work with film to avoid them. Their web site states that they would replace my film, but this has still to happen.
