Ordered a walking umbrella on 30th July and was sent a cap instead! In the box was my invoice for the umbrella too so a bit dismayed. Was asked to send the cap back before they would consider sending me the umbrella which I did on 4th August. The return address was only a few miles away but there have had no reply to my request for an update nor have I received my item. Rather shocked at this poor service. Please at least reply to this review and explain.
