poor quality, terrible shipping service and damaged product. Seems these products are shipped directly from China via DHL. our package was crushed and white hat had some marks on it.
its such a pain to write to the carrier, DHL and the store as to justify your complaint. These companies just wear you down with endless questions and proof via photographs. as a senior my niece will have to come over and take the photos and sent to the store. just a waste of time in my opinion.
