Worst UK online retail purchase process we have experienced in the 5 years based we've been based in the UK. All problems were present:
- quantity errors leading to missing out on items,
- automatic shopping cart clearing leading to missing out on items,
- online payment errors without relevant error descriptions
- £100 free shipping order threshold not applying -error
- no tracking (although RoyalMail 48hr track used by Wimbledon) and late delivery
- order not filled on delivery, apparently split into separate parcels with same tracking number, and lost or never delivered
- no follow up or re-delivery option, no interest in remedying any error in the online shopping process until pushed due to failed delivery over 2 months after purchase
- no redelivery of items and no refund on delivery cost, refund processed but remains unfulfilled 2 months after purchase
