Would not recommend, seems like a scam to me. First off got a really blunt rude lady when I phoned customer support to ask a few questions about the contract. She then informed me I had to make 12 payments before I would actually receive the phone, which is insane! 12 weekly payments at £28.36.. which would be £340.32 better off buying a new phone. so I said I wished to cancel the contract.. which she informed me could not be done over the phone and had to be done via email. Appalling customer service, don't know if the girl I spoke with was just having a bad day or had no brain cells, or perhaps a combination of the two.
