Do not use!!! I ordered a phone. Then I realised I'd made a mistake and cancelled it 5 mins later. They took 25 pound from my card. I phoned them for a refund. And a very rude, sarcastic and condescending lady told me I would only get 5 pound back as there was a cancellation fee. She told me it was the law. However I believe there is a law about a 2 week cool down period. I will be pursuing this with trading standards.
