I have found that using applicators (the ones that come with yeast infection med) works great if you squeeze oil based into them and apply internally. Also could you think about doing a every other month or every 8 or 12 weeks, option to the subscribe plan, your product is worth every penny but every month can be hard on ones budget :-)
