I was disappointed to receive an order of YES OB plant-oil based personal lubricant with only a 4 month shelf life and even more disappointed to receive no apology for this when I rang to complain. The answers to my complaint seemed well-rehearsed. Because the batch has taken longer to sell the use by date is shorter! No wonder, since I am sure I am not the first to decide not to buy from you again if this is standard practice. At almost £15 when postage is included this is poor service.
