What I bought was delivered to me, but I didn’t receive any information about it, I didn’t know it was delivered
I tried to track my order but It always had the same message about being sent and when I tried to ask for help you guys couldn’t help me, you only told me that once the Royal Mail had it that was it but I didn’t have access to any information, like something simple “it has been delivered”.
