Three days before my mums hen weekend they cancelled my order and refunded my money due to me checking why I hadn’t received the order I placed nearly two weeks prior. Lynette jay is the lady I spoke to who was very defensive and instead of finding a quick solution, thought it best to make an investigation as to who I spoke to regarding my checks rather than resending me the email they were supposed to have sent. They don’t answer their phones when they say on their website they are open, I even sent an email which states they can be contacted 24 hours a day and no one replied to that either. I have never known such bad customer service in my life and I’m incredibly upset that instead of apologising for not being contactable they have instead created a huge problem which resulted in telling me I can’t have my order. All because I misunderstood where my proof was being sent and I couldn’t check once I hadn’t received it because they don’t always answer their phones
