The badges are a lovely keepsake, out if the 18 I ordered there was just one Lilac Grandma that had a fault, unfortunately the pin was too short to meet the fastening hook but it was too late to reoorder a replacement. I was going to take a star off because of that , but the service was good and the staff pleasant and helpful.
