The badges are good and the quality is well worth the price paid, However; They do not communicate well at all. The bloke you get put through to, tends to argue the toss every time you have a problem or query. Badges don't arrive on time? Enquire about lateness and your order will be cancelled by the bloke in a fit of pique. Finally get the product you have ordered? It takes several phone calls to realise they rarely answer the phone and apparently, sending a request for payment to my personal PayPal (an email not used to order, but solely for contact) as opposed to the credit card used in the order is OK, never mind GDPR. Bloke's excuse for this? They did not need to re-issue the invoice as requested and PayPal is their "main way of doing business and we used your email you gave us. You can pay with the card through them."
NO, I had to add the card to the personal account to do that, as badge centre would not take payment from the card over the phone or provide bank details to put the money into.
Not worth the hassle to do this again.
