I ordered a badge and paid extra for same day dispatch even tho I actually needed it in a week from ordering. However the badge never arrived, so I had a very disappointed daughter on her birthday.
On the positive side the lady on the customer services phone was very helpful and sympathetic and I got a total refund within a few days.
