Following notification of non receipt of my order 9732672 of 7/7/19 I got an email and also got through on the phone to track it. I was told I would get a replacement tomorrow 26.7 as they couldnt understand why I had not received my order which was supposed to be express delivery and which was purportedly sent ages ago. I was impressed with this response till I logged on to my account and as of 23.7 there was a comment ‘production awaiting despatch’ !!
I would just appreciate the truth about the situation please.
