Ordered a badge for a hen do as a prototype. I picked the wrong delivery option when ordering more. The Badge Centre gave me a full refund as the badges were not going to get to me in time for the event. Shame as the prototype was great. I didn't even as for a refund, they just did it! Very good customer service
