I originally used another independent business to order a birthday present for my daughter. The doll I wanted to get her was available on Amazon but I was keen to support a small business. Sadly I had a really bad experience where after four weeks of waiting with no communication unless I made enquiries, the order was cancelled and I was refunded. I do not want to leave that company a bad review as I know times are tough at the moment. However, I then had a very small window of time to organise my daughter's birthday present. I ordered the same product from The Bebe Hive and they were just brilliant. Free postage, the order arrived within a couple of days and it's absolutely perfect. Really happy with my experience and will definitely be ordering from The Bebe Hive again! :)
