Lovely shop with lovely toys for children, however, after receiving a faulty item and contacting twice with no response I am really disappointed. I love to support small businesses but good customer service is important, therefore I wouldn't shop here again.
Update: Following a response from the shop owner, I have still not been contacted by phone or email in order to resolve the issue.
