I received a shirt that was torn on the arm and when I contacted Blushing Brunette Customer Service to return, I was $10 gift card for the inconvenience or the option to return it for the same top. A sufficient solution would have been to offer store credit with a return or a full refund with a return. Why would I want to return the same top and receive a poor quality shirt? I have never received poor customer service like this from any retail store before. This is the last time I will shop with Blushing Brunette.
