I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Chimney Pros. Mark was timely (even a little early), professional and friendly. My fireplace had not really been used in a number of years, was pretty dirty and the glass was super fogged up so that you could hardly see into the unit. When he was done with his cleaning it looked basically like new! He showed me how to use and disassemble/reassemble my unit if needed, recommended cleaning products and made himself available for questions after our appointment if needed. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.
