Chimney pros is a wonderful family owned and ran business. In the years I've worked with them I've spoken to the same receptionist and the same repairman and owner, Mark, has been to my house to service my gas fireplace each year. You won't find a more friendly, responsive fireplace company with better service. They stand by their products too. My fireplace has had issues with the battery unit melting (a manufacturer issue). They built a custom protective unit for me at no cost! No issues since. I actually look forward to my fireplace getting inspected every year!
