Mark installed our fireplace, and supervised our chimney repair. He was the consummate professional. We needed a custom backplate made, and changed our mind about the front cover plate color. He not only handled this with ease, but expedited the order/install. In addition, when we had a concern, he made a special trip out to make sure the fireplace was working properly. One of the best customer service experiences I've had bar none!
