Larry and Eric came to inspect and clean my chimney. They were right on time, polite and professional. They discovered that my chimney was perfectly clean, so they honestly told me so and just did the inspection. Some need for chimney repair was discovered which I will only do with Chimney Pros. From the initial website contact through actual inspection, communication and professionalism have been thorough!
