Promises and then does not deliver. Always trying for the upsell. I paid $119 for their logo design package and once I was happy with the design they refused to transfer ownership unless I paid another $298. This was never disclosed upfront in writing nor in the 40 minute phone conversation I had with them. This guys are scammers. Stay away!
