This was a great customer service experience from start to finish. I even had a change of heart on getting my new system and called to cancel, and there was no judgement or persuasion. After more thought I decided to go ahead with my new system, and my appointment and prices were all still kept. And I can't compliment my salesman/tech Courtney Tate enough. He was the utmost professional with no judgement or pressure, absolute class act. Can't recommend The Duct Specialists enough. Thank you guys!
