I normally read reviews and focus on the negative comments to make my determination of the organization's commitment to service and customer satisfaction. When an organization exceeds my expectation I think it's important to share. I called them after 10pm to report an issue with one of the units they installed and have serviced for 6 years. The technician arrived within a reasonable time (same evening), repaired the issue and most important honored the warranty that I purchased with the units 6 years ago. Thanks The Duct Specialists
